Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase date. If 30 days has elapsed since your date of purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer exchanges or refund. Proof of purchase must be sent along with the item(s) to be returned.
We do not accept returns on gift cards and as such, cannot be returned.
All items must be returned in the original condition as received. We regret to inform you that we cannot accept worn, washed, or damaged items, including stains and odours.
All sale items are final, no exchange or refunds.
If you would like to return merchandise for a full refund, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Returns are generally processed within 5-7 business days of receipt. Please allow one billing cycle for credit card refunds to appear on your statement
RETURN ITEM(S) FOR EXCHANGE
We will gladly exchange any unused item(s) for the same item of a different size. That is, all items to be exchanged, must be in new condition, unwashed and complete with tags. Be sure to check the fitment guide of the item you would like to purchase before ordering. To start the exchange process, please contact Customer Support at email@example.com.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on sale items. All sales on discounted items are final.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.
Customers outside of Canada may incur additional customs and / or duty fees on merchandise purchased at strykfishing.com. These fees may vary depending on your country and other factors unknown to Stryk. This is uncontrollable by Stryk and the associated customs/duty fees are your ("the customer"), responsibility.
